Creating Imaginative Imagery for More Than a Decade
Phyllis was born in Fargo, North Dakota, studied at Augsburg College in Minneapolis and graduated from the University of Washington. She has been a professional musician as well as an interior designer and professional photographer, displaying her fine art photography at the EAFA Gallery, the Kenmore Art Show and Parklane Gallery.
Larey got his first clarinet and his first camera at about the same time. He’s been enthralled with both art forms ever since and has created a professional life that neatly intertwines the two, playing bass clarinet with the Seattle Symphony until retiring in 2014 and showing his photography at Parklane Gallery.
In addition to photographing nature, Larey has specialized in the fine art of photographing fine art.
